Call ducks are a small, bantam breed of domestic duck known for their distinctive high-pitched call and friendly nature. They are very entertaining to watch and do a great job eating bugs in our gardens. They are not as messy as a larger duck but do require water for swimming in. We feed our ducks 16% protein layer food. We also give them wheat and meal worms as treats. We raise gray, blue fawn, pastel and snowy call ducks. Our original ducks were purchased from Pete Dempsey and Wilson Waterfowl of Indiana.
